This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of removal actions by Respondent and the payment of certain response costs incurred by the United States at the Diversified Resources Site located at 400 Refractory Drive
NW in Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. Respondent Von Vittersan Le Copla USA LLC has owned the Site from approximately September 2000 to the present.
