On April 23, 2015, Region 10 settled with Pacific Air Research, Inc. of White City, Oregon, regarding their application of two pesticides (2,4-D and Triclopyr) that contacted people and desirable plants in violation of the product labels. The aerial application occurred in October 2013 in Curry County, Oregon, and was investigated by the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Respondent agreed to pay a $1,100 penalty.
