An Administrative Compliance Order issued on March 1, 2012 required the Respondent to clean up any remaining radioactive material at the site, construct a full enclosure around the remaining facility prior to completing its demolition, and comply with all requirements of 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart H - National Emission Standards for Emissions of Radionuclides Other than Radon from the Respondent's facilities. This Final Administrative Penalty Order obtains a $155,000 penalty for the violation of Subpart H.
