This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 325(c) issued to Amerityre Corporation. The violations are failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Forms required under Section 313 for diisocyanates and mercury compounds processed in calendar years 2008, 2009 and 2010. The violations were observed during a facility inspection conducted in April 2012. The CAFO assesses a penalty of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
