On October 28, 2014, the final order was lodged and entered with the U.S. District Court in Alaska resolving Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) violations at Delta Western, Inc. in Dillingham, Alaska, documented during an inspection on July 16, 2012. The facility was found to have inadequate secondary containment. Defendant agreed to pay a penalty of $205,000 and has since built adequate secondary containment for its bulk storage containers.
