The case is a pre-filing Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) in connection with the failure to have firm certification pursuant to the Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP). The respondent is Tim Jones New Look Remodeling Co. LLC located at 201 Velvet Street, North Haven, CT. EPA offered these ESAs as part of an initiative to improve compliance with the RRP Rule in and around New Haven, Connecticut and thus to protect children from exposure to lead paint dust.
