On September 14, 2014, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against Shoreline Community College (Shoreline, Washington) for violations of RCRA hazardous waste program requirements. Region 10 alleged violations of hazardous waste container labeling and inspection requirements. The violations have been corrected. Under the terms of the agreement, the company paid a penalty of $3,000.
