On September 30, 2014, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving CWA violations by Koontz-Wagner Custom Controls Holdings, LLC, (d.b.a. IBI Power) and Dave and Tom of Idaho, LLC. Respondents, which own and operate a steel enclosure fabrication facility, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. without a permit or authorization under NPDES. Respondents agreed to pay a penalty of $63,900.
