On August 14, 2014, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order with UniSea, Inc., a seafood processing facility in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, for violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) Section 112(r) risk management program requirements. The Region alleged that UniSea failed to comply with several risk management program requirements that applied to its use of chlorine and anhydrous ammonia. The violations have been corrected and the company agreed to pay a penalty of $142,175
