EPA Region 3 filed a CAFO against Windows R Us, LLC for 24 violations of the RRP rule. EPA inspectors identified violations at eight renovation projects including failure to distribute the EPA approved lead hazard information pamphlet and failure to retain records demonstrating compliance with work practice standards and post-renovation cleaning.
