EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Larto Mayna Water System Inc. (Respondent) located in Jonesville, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Ground Water Rule (GWR). The AO requires the Respondent to comply with the GWR. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of receipt of the AO.
