EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Mr. Douglas Glascock (Respondent) for violations at his Carthage Bluff Marina Water System located in Hammond, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Ground Water Rule (GWR). The AO requires Respondent to comply with the GWR. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of receipt of the AO.
