An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to the City of Sundance, which owns and operates the
City of Sundance Public Water System, located in Crook County, WY, directing it to comply with the
National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include: exceeding
the maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failing to conduct source water monitoring
following a total coliform-positive sample, failing to notify the public of certain violations, and failing to
report certain violations to the EPA.
