An Administrative Order (Order) was issued to the Hyattville Service and Improvement Distict which owns and/or operates the Hyattville Service and Improvement District Public Water System, located in Big Horn County, WY, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include: failing to monitor for nitrate, inorganic contaminants, volatile organic contaminants, pesticides, and radionuclides; failing to complete corrections to significant deficiencies; and failing to issue a Consumer Confident Report.
