The AOC establishes a schedule for the Merrimack County Nursing Home to come into compliance with teh electronic reporting requirements identified in its NPDES permit. Specifically, the facility must begin using NetDMR to report its discharge monitoring reportsand other permit-related reports electronically in accordance with the schedule identified in teh Order.
