The Army failed to comply with disinfectant residual monitoring, concentration and public notification requirements at the Fort Monmouth Main Base public water supply. The Army implemented a plan to achieve and maintain compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, National Primary Drinking Water Regulations and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection applicable regulations.
