As a result of a tip and complaint and subsequent firm inspection conducted on July 10, 2013, it was discovered that Respondent had conducted a Lead-Based Paint abatement project in Brooklyn, NY in 2011 without submitting the mandatory pre-abatement Notification to the EPA. Respondent has agreed to modify their work practices and will pay a penalty.
