On November 19, 2013, an authorized representative of the EPA conducted an inspection of the Meanan Oil Company, LP facility, doing business as Meenan Oil Company, LP located at 8301 Lansdowne Ave in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania to determine compliance with the Oil Pollution Prevention Regulations. EPA identified two (2) violations, including deficiencies pertaining to the discussion and implementation of adequate secondary containment to prevent a discharge.
