An Administrative Order (Order) was issued to Western Cooperative Company, which owns and/or operates the Frontier Mart Public Water System, located in Goshen County, WY, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include: exceeding the maximum contaminant level for nitrate, failing to monitor for nitrate, and failing to notify the public and the EPA of certain violations.
