The AOC issued to the Tisbury Towing and Transportation Company, Inc., in New Bedford, MA requires Tisbury Towing to come into compliance with the requirements of the Massachusetts state implementation plan (SIP) for marine barge loading for gasoline. Tisbury Towing will conduct testing to demonstrate compliance with vapor-tight requirements, submit an emisssions control plan to MassDEP for approval, and comply with all applicable marine barge-loading requirements.
