This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) between EPA and Dole Packaged Foods, LLC (respondent), for alleged violations under the Clean Air Act Section 112(r)(7) Risk Management Plan (RMP) Reporting Requirements. The respondent agrees to a $4,500 penalty and certifices compliance with all CAA 112(r)(7) requirements at the time of filing of this settlement, August 5, 2014.
