EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Miles Mobile Home Park Water System Inc. (Respondent) located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Ground Water Rule (GWR). The AO requires Respondent to comply with the GWR. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of receipt of the AO.
