On September 19, 2014, Region 10 issued a stop sale, use, or removal order to Humboldt Wholesale, Inc. of Arcata, California, to stop the sale of two pesticides, �Optic Foliar Switch� and �Optic Foliar ATAK.� These pesticides are not registered with EPA and cannot be legally sold or distributed in the U.S. Region 10 issued this order to bring the U.S. distributor into compliance.
