Region 1 finalized three FIFRA administrative penalty settlements resolving allegations that respondents failed to timely report annual pesticide reporting for calendar year 2013. The respondents and settlements include Bradford Soap International, Inc., of West Warwick, Rhode Island with zero penalty in light of respondentÂs request that EPA deactivate the pesticide registration; Houghton Chemical Corporation of Allston, Massachusetts with a penalty of $1200; and, Ultravation, Inc. of Poultney, Vermont with a penalty of $800.
