On September 17, 2014, Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to BioGro, Inc. of Mabton, Washington for violations of FIFRA. EPA determined that ÂPlant-X 21, ÂPlant-X Bio-SB, and ÂPlant-X Bio-N are unregistered pesticides. Therefore, their sale or distribution is a violation of FIFRA, which makes it unlawful to sell or distribute pesticides that are not registered. EPA is issuing this stop-sale in order to bring the manufacturer into compliance.
