The violations resolved by this consent decree include discharges of dredged or fill material to wetlands adjacent to the La Plata River and its tributary, Little Deadwood Gulch, without a Clean Water Act � 404 permit and failure to fully and timely comply with an administrative order issued by the EPA pursuant to � 309 of the Clean Water Act.
