This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between USEPA and Cogent Construction & Consulting, Inc. (respondent) for alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act requlations for construction activities involving lead-based paint. Respondent agrees to pay a $1,000 penalty.
