An Administrative Order (Order) was issued to Scott and Suzie Gruntmeir, who own and/or operate the Bald Mountain Trailer Court Park Public Water System located in Johnson County, WY, directing them to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include: exceeding the maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failing to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failing to issue a timely Consumer Confidence Report, and failing to report certain violations to the EPA.
