This is an Expedited Consent Agreement and Final Order between EPA and the respondent, Welliver Construction, for the respondent's alleged failure to obtain certification from EPA prior to offering to perform renovations for compensation at target housing in 2013. The respondent agrees to a $1,000 penalty to resolve this order.
