This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between USEPA and City of Escondido Vista Waste Water Treatment Plant (respondent) for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act, Section 112(r)(7) Risk Management Plan regulations. Respondent agrees to a penalty of $4,800 to settle this action.
