This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between USEPA and Ruiz Food Products, Inc. (respondent) for alleged violations under the Clean Air Act, Section 112(r)(7) Risk Management Plan regulations. Respondent agrees to settle this action for a penalty of $2,500.
