This is a compliance order in response to violations of the General Duty Clause of the CAA Sections 112r, Part 68. The Respondent had a fire and explosion on January 31, 2014 and in order to prevent such a release from occurring again, the order requires that the facility make changes to their operating procedures and develop new procedures to increase plant safety.
