The Administrative Order on Consent provides that the Respondent shall undertake a Remedial Design, including various procedures and technical analyses, to produce a detailed set of plans and specifications for implementation of the Remedial Action selected in the June 30, 2014 Record of Decision issued for Operable Unit 2 of the Ringwood Mines/Landfill Superfund Site. In addition, the Respondent shall reimburse EPA for certain response costs incurred.
