On February 5, 2013, a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) was performed at the Municipality of Patillas Public Works Facility located at State Road #3, Patillas, Puerto Rico. The purpose of the CEI was to evaluate the MunicipalityÂs compliance with the criteria of Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping Practices of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit (PRR040078) for storm water discharges associated with Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4). A CEI Report was sent to the Municipality on June 18, 2014 summarizing the findings identified on the CEI and requesting a compliance plan to address such findings within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Report letter. According to our records, the Municipality received the Report on June 21, 2013, therefore the Municipality was required to submit the compliance plan to EPA by July 21, 2013. As of today, EPA has not received the MunicipalityÂs compliance plan.
