Three unregistered pesticide products were identified: On Guard Cleaner Concentrate, Terra Shield Repellent, and On Guard Protective Blend. 40 C.F.R. § 152.15 prohibits the distribution or sale of any pesticide product that is not registered with the EPA as required by FIFRA section 3, 7 U.S.C. § 136a.
