The Complaint alleges that the Respondent is in violation of UIC regulations and is subject to appropriate penalties for operating an unauthorized Class V injection well by allowing carpet cleaning wastewater movement into Underground Sources of Drinking Water that may caue a violation of a primary drinking water regulation under 40 CFR part 142.
