On January 27, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by the City of Hagerman, Idaho, which operates a wastewater treatment plant. The city exceeded its NPDES permit limits for pH, E. coli, total suspended solids, BOD, and chlorine. The city agreed to pay a $4,000 penalty.
