Region 10 issued a compliance order on consent to the South Fork Coeur d?Alene Sewer District, Page Wastewater Treatment Plant in Smelterville, Idaho for violations of the CWA on January 14, 2015. From September 2012 through March 2014, the facility had 216 violations of its NPDES permit, including total ammonia, E. coli and total residual chlorine. The compliance order requires the facility to take corrective actions, including completing a facility plan and plant upgrades to achieve compliance with its effluent limits by December 31, 2018.
