On February 5, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by South Fork Coeur d?Alene Sewer District, Page Wastewater Treatment Plant (Respondent). Respondent, which operates a wastewater treatment plant, discharged pollutants into waters of the United States that exceeded the limits specified in their permit for Ammonia, Chlorine and E. coli. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $20,000.
