A producer establishment inspection was conducted at this facility April 18, 2013. As part of the inspection copies of labels that were currently being applied to the repackaged products were requested for review. The Gly Star Plus and Outlaw labels were outdated and did not contain label language required by 40 C.F.R. §§ 156.140 through 156.159 and were therefore misbranded.
