During the period from February 28, 2013 through July 31, 2013, NBTY, Inc. disclosed to EPA violations of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) sections 311, 312 and 40 C.F.R. Parts 370 for two chemical substances, and section 313 and 40 C.F.R. Part 372 for three chemical substances.
