On February 23, 2015, Region 10 filed a Compliance Order on Consent addressing violations of the Clean Water Act by City of Heyburn, Wastewater Treatment Plant. Respondent, a municipality which operates a wastewater treatment plant, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. that exceeded its NPDES permit limits for TSS, E. coli, fecal coliform, and phosphorus. The city agreed to take measures to comply fully with its permit.
