On March 27, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by City of Heyburn, Wastewater Treatment Plant. Respondent, which operates a municipality, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. that exceeded its NPDES permit limits for TSS, E. Coli, fecal coliform, and phosphorus. The city agreed to pay a penalty of $13,000.
