On January 28, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by SUPERVALU Holdings, Inc. of Tacoma and Auburn, Washington. Respondent, which operates grocery wholesale distribution centers, violated provisions of its Washington State Waste Discharge General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $120,000.
