GE Healthcare - Voluntary Disclosure Review. Products making antimicrobial claims must be registered with the EPA. During a self-audit, diagnostic kits that included antimicrobial claims were found not to have been registered. To resolve compliance, the product labels were changed to remove the antimicrobial claim. A Notice of Determination (NOD) was completed.
