This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Dongfang Motor Inc (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act Mobile Sources regulations. Respondent was required to export the 52 non-compliant All-Terrain Vehicles and pay a civil penalty of $6,900 to settle the matter.
