This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Arizona Windsong Water Company (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act requirements for Public Water Supply Systems. Respondent agrees to pay a penalty of $1,000 to settle this action.
