On July 9, 2015 a UST inspection was conducted. Violations found were 280.319(a) Failure to maintain Cathodic Protection, 280.41(a) Failure to monitor tanks every 30 days and 280.30(a) Failure to provide spill protection. A field citation was issued after the operator failed to acheive compliance within 30 days.
