A Consent Agreement and Final Order(CAFO) was filed on December 11, 2014, to settle an action taken against Mayco Industries, Inc. (Mayco) Granite City, Illinois.   The action was a result of a July 25, 2012, compliance inspection which identified violations of large quantity generator(LQG) requirements.
