The Order requires the Respondents complete the remedial action at the NL Industries Superfund Site, located on Pennsgrove-Pedricktown Road in Pedricktown, Salem County, New Jersey.   NL Industries, Inc. is liable under Section 107(a)(2) of CERCLA as an owner and operator of the Site at the time hazardous substances were disposed of.
